All financial transactions conducted through Mobile Pay are subject to NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) and RBI guidelines.

4. Merchant & Agent Responsibilities

Agents registered under Mobile Pay at the Sanjay Colony, Jhalawar hub must maintain a digital ledger of all transactions. Any fraudulent activity will lead to immediate account suspension and legal action under the IT Act.

5. Settlement & Payouts

Payouts are processed in real-time or T+1 basis depending on the bank server status. Mobile Pay is not responsible for delays caused by National Banking Grids or technical downtime of third-party banks.

6. Privacy & Data

We value your privacy. Your personal details, PAN (KRFPK2333N), and transaction data are encrypted and never shared with unauthorized third parties. However, data may be shared with government authorities if required by law.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted but not credited, the refund will be processed within 3-7 working days as per standard banking protocol.
